Job Summary: The Substation Electrical Superintendent provides on‑site leadership for the construction, commissioning, and energization of high‑voltage substations (34.5 kV–500 kV). The role is responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and cost control while directing field crews and coordinating with engineering, vendors, and the client’s representative. The Superintendent is the company’s “eyes and ears” on site, ensuring that all work meets contract documents, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary:
Daily Inspections: Monitor job sites, review equipment and check that workers use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Training and Orientation: Lead new hire safety orientations, run weekly safety meetings, and maintain worker training records.
Hazard Control: Identify workplace hazards, stop unsafe work when needed, and write up corrective action plans.
Incident Response: Investigate accidents or near-misses, gather witness statements, and coordinate with management.
